Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries to assist guests with hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on room availability, rates, amenities, and special promotions.
- Process bookings efficiently using property management systems (training provided).
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and service-level agreements.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., spa packages, tours) to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, seasonal offers, and property updates to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, web browsers).
