Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all cinema locations in Bali.
- Develop and implement creative, high-quality menus that align with Cinepolis’ luxury brand and local tastes.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the F&B team to maintain exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement of ingredients and beverages.
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and food handling standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize menu offerings and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote F&B specials, events, and loyalty programs to drive revenue growth.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role, preferably in hospitality, cinemas, or high-end restaurants.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of menu development, cost control, and inventory management in the F&B industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with POS systems, food safety regulations, and HACCP standards.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
