Responsibility
- Welcome and greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, verifying guest details and preferences for a personalized experience.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and special requests for future reference.
- Resolve complaints or issues with empathy and discretion, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, attractions, and cultural nuances.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a bonus.
