Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Take and process orders accurately, including special requests and dietary preferences.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide receipts.
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and dishwashing station.
- Assist with restocking supplies and preparing ingredients as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must wear the required uniform: black T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and covered non-slip shoes.
- Reliable and committed to completing assigned shifts.
