Tiong Bahru Bakery is expanding in Bali, and we’re looking for dedicated Service Crew and Dishwashers to join our team in vibrant locations like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and more! Responsibility
- Assist in serving customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to support smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and back-of-house.
- Support the team in food preparation, packaging, and restocking as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in opening/closing duties, including setting up or breaking down workstations.
- Follow uniform and grooming standards as specified by the company.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or dishwashing is a plus but not required—training provided!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, dish racks).
- Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must own or be able to wear the required uniform: black T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and non-slip shoes.
- Freelancers must commit to the agreed schedule; early departures are not permitted.
