Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and well-organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Support promotional events and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food and beverage is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine or a willingness to learn is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Korean) are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
