Responsibility
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including food and beverage requests.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision and integrity.
- Assist in restocking supplies, setting up tables, and preparing the outlet for service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
