Responsibility
- Wash, clean, and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including storage areas and workstations.
- Sort and stack dishes, glassware, and silverware for efficient service.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and assisting with basic food prep as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs and servers to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Dispose of waste and recycling according to established procedures.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of English or Indonesian (Bahasa) for communication.
