Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring financial accuracy.
- Provide friendly, professional, and multilingual (English/Indonesian) customer service.
- Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, including security and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial transactions.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS system operation.
