Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a personalized touch.
- Present menus, suggest dishes, and provide detailed descriptions of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to high standards of presentation and timing.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and minimize wait times.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, aligning with our brand’s standards.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
