Responsibility
- Manage motorcycle rental bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections of rental units to ensure safety and functionality before and after each use.
- Coordinate with mechanics to schedule maintenance, repairs, and fleet upkeep.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, payment processing, and rental agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, availability, and vehicle conditions.
- Assist in promoting rental services and upselling additional offerings to guests.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or rental services (preferably in tourism).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail, especially in vehicle inspections and administrative work.
