Responsibility
- Execute daily outlet operations with precision, ensuring all tasks align with company standards and SOPs.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and breaking down dining areas to meet service requirements.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, including tableware, linens, and cleaning materials, to support uninterrupted service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support event preparations, including special setups for private dining, banquets, or promotional activities.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional guest interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a steward, F&B service, or hospitality role (preferably in hotels, resorts, or fine dining).
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move supplies (up to 15-20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
