Responsibility
- Assist the service team in delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including proper waste disposal.
- Support the kitchen staff by preparing ingredients and assisting with basic food prep as needed.
- Restock clean dishes, glassware, and silverware for service use.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow the established dress code and grooming standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (service crew, dishwasher, or kitchen assistant) is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 kg (e.g., stacks of dishes, supplies).
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Must own or be willing to wear the required uniform: black t-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and covered non-slip shoes.
- Reliability and commitment to completing assigned shifts.
