Responsibility
- Assist the Outlet Manager in supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective procurement of F&B resources.
- Implement and uphold brand standards, hygiene protocols, and operational procedures in compliance with Crowne Plaza’s guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote outlet events, seasonal menus, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize outlet profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in F&B or outlet operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, or banquet service standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
