Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee the setup, presentation, and service of food and beverages according to established standards.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure adequate stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene is preferred.
