Responsibility
- Prepare and serve Auntie Anne's signature pretzels and beverages according to brand standards.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide accurate change to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food preparation areas and customer seating.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both customers and staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food service or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
