Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance emergencies to ensure minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure all hotel areas meet safety and quality standards.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and fixtures as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Certification in a relevant technical field is a plus.
