Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the river cruise, ensuring smooth execution of all activities.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance to optimize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote cruise packages and special events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interactions.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Bali.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
