Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cashier duties with attention to detail.
- Assist in order taking, food preparation, and delivery to maintain fast and organized service.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, including counters, tables, and service areas.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak hours and ensure seamless operations during high traffic.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
