Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks, adhering to Rawtee’s standards of presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, service stations, and kitchen spaces, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and providing receipts to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages to the management team.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving service quality, menu offerings, and overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus, but not mandatory—we welcome enthusiastic newcomers!
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian) are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a willingness to undergo training if needed.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required by the business.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle tasks such as carrying trays, lifting supplies, and moving equipment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
