Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a diverse F&B team to deliver world-class service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all food and beverage outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize supplier relationships to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine service offerings and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for F&B departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and professional development within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, cost control, and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
