Responsibility
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B outlets.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to develop and refine menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal trends.
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist in planning and executing events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage offerings to maintain consistency and excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Food and Beverage management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting for F&B operations.
