Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage service.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and other financial data to support budgeting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory control, and staff training.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
