Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including Tealive’s signature teas, coffees, and smoothies, with precision and consistency.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other café equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the workspace, including counter areas, equipment, and storage.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure the café runs smoothly during peak hours.
- Educate customers about Tealive’s menu offerings, including seasonal specials and customization options.
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations with accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, brewing techniques, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the F&B industry (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation, including brewing methods and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in food safety or barista training is a plus.
