Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea and beverages according to Tealive standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Promote Tealive products and upsell to enhance customer experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for tea and beverages is an advantage.
