Responsibility

  • Oversee daily park operations, ensuring all facilities, exhibits, and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with the guest services team to enhance visitor experiences, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage park safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the conservation team to support wildlife care initiatives and educational programs.
  • Supervise and train park staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular inspections of park infrastructure, identifying and addressing maintenance needs in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and seasonal activities to attract and engage visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of park operations, including attendance, incident reports, and maintenance logs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or wildlife conservation sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Passion for wildlife conservation and a desire to educate the public about environmental stewardship.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with operations management software is a plus.
