Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain a spotless and inviting environment.
- Replace and restock linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Report and document any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including carpets, windows, and upholstery, as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury accommodation setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 15 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and equipment operation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
