Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Process payments, operate the POS system, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and preparation methods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
