Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
