Responsibility
- Oversee and manage front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Act as the Duty Manager, making key decisions in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor and manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special arrangements are fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations and guest interactions.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience supervising a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
