Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality staff to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Analyze sales performance, set targets, and implement action plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote outlet offerings and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality software is highly desirable.
