Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in accordance with company policies.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the outlet and attract new customers.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali.
