Responsibility
- Greet and serve customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, including custom requests and special dietary needs.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
