Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs promptly.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
- Assist in preparing and serving coffee, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
