Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist in preparing and serving beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a bonus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
