Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to airport travelers with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area, including counters, tables, and equipment.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus.
