Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to airport travelers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting low stock levels.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
