Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, ensuring all tables are properly set and ready for service.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, and provide correct change to guests.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing correct change.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
