Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests in fine dining and resort settings
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make knowledgeable recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain impeccable table settings and dining area presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in upscale restaurants or luxury hotels
- Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of wine and food pairing
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Indonesian work permit (KITAS) preferred
