Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain a spotless environment.
- Handle laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens, towels, and guest clothing with care.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms, ensuring all items are replenished and presented neatly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Follow hotel protocols for lost-and-found items and handle them according to established procedures.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by the housekeeping management team.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry roles within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
