Responsibility
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records for all transactions.
- Assist in managing front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in guests.
- Uphold brand standards and company policies to deliver a consistent luxury experience.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain up-to-date records of occupancy and guest information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
