Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift coordination.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest service and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring cost control and minimizing waste while meeting demand.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining establishment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and local health regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
