Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew, following standardized recipes.
- Create and present non-coffee drinks, such as teas, smoothies, and traditional Indonesian beverages, with attention to detail.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and deliver exceptional service to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and new product offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, equipment, and beverage recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
