Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions.
- Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, proper table settings, and ambiance.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant, resort, or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality is an advantage.
