Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Take and process orders accurately, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Educate customers about our menu offerings, including coffee blends, brewing methods, and pairings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting supply needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and cold brew.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tracking.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
