Responsibility
- Set up, arrange, and decorate banquet halls and event spaces according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Assist in the coordination of events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events.
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and event planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
