Responsibility

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in dining areas, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and table settings according to hotel standards.
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a tidy environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally, providing information about menu items, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
