Responsibility
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in dining areas, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and table settings according to hotel standards.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally, providing information about menu items, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
