Responsibility
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests, including handling inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and payments using property management systems.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in training and mentoring new front office staff to uphold service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry and local attractions is a bonus.
