Responsibility
- Assist in serving customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Support the bakery team in preparing and baking pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the dining area and bakery kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations on menu items when needed.
- Assist in restocking and inventory management, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers and addressing their needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or bakery is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
