Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation standards.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including table settings and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
