Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the Front of House team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to service standards.
- Greet, seat, and engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness to enhance their dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.
- Monitor table turnover, manage reservations, and optimize seating arrangements to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct pre- and post-service briefings to align the team on daily goals, specials, and guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or luxury cafés.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of POS systems, reservation management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
